Slofstra Software: Software Applications: SHIP: SHIP/QuickBooks
     Description

provides an industry specific interface for Intuit’s QuickBooks Accounting software. The application is a Microsoft Access module which allows the stone, sand and gravel producer to invoice and track sales and trucking costs while using all the functionality that QuickBooks offers to the small or medium size business.

FEATURES
Hand-written tickets can be quickly entered into SHIP/QuickBooks’ Ticket entry form.
Tickets can also be uploaded from an SSI SHIP/ Ticket installation by means of modem transfer or USB key. SSI’s Pipe technology guarantees that scalehouse tickets cannot be lost, even if a USB key is lost or damaged.
Once entered, tickets are priced according to the pricing rules you set up. Pricing rules can apply to all customers, subsets of customers, or even to a specific job site. Tickets are then posted into QuickBooks for invoicing and A/R collection.

REPORTS
SHIP/ QuickBooks includes a full complement of reports for tracking sales and average pricing by customer, sales representative, product and also calculates the aggregate levy.

UPGRADE
SHIP/Ticket is fully upgradeable to SHIP/ Office, our fully connected Aggregate solution, used by CBM, Aecon, Murray Group and many others.

QUICKBOOKS
QuickBooks offers advanced tools for fast and easy financial management to boost efficiency and accuracy. It also provides advanced features such as integration with Microsoft Office, customizable invoices and reports, payroll deposit and online banking.

TRAINING
On-site training for SHIP/ QuickBooks is also available. SSI can provide an Intuit authorized trainer for implementation of QuickBooks.
